I am looking for a REALLY good divorce solicitor. I am going to be applying to the courts to be a litigation friend for my father who has Alzhiemers and needs to divorce his estranged wife. It doesnt matter where in the country that this solicitor is located, that is not a problem.

I am afraid we can't put recommendations on the forum.
How advanced is your father's dementia? Do you have power of attorney?

If you are accepted as Litigation friend there shouldn't be any significant difference in the way the case works. If you aren't, the Official Solicitor may need to be involved if your father lacks mental capacity.
