I have been informed by my solicitor that an Occupation Order will cost me up to £5000!!!! which frankly I do not have.
I have read that I can actually apply for an order directly to the court - just paying a court fee - to get him removed from the home if his being their is detrimental to mine and my daughter's well being. Does anyone have any experience of this???

Start with phoning the Court Office and asking which Form to submit.

It may be enough that he is served with an application; and you both may agree an Undertaking. Hence if all settled prior to any actual Hearing; it wouldn't cost that much.
