hi sorry you've had this to deal with so close to xmas as well.when you say you need advice, where do you see it going? is this a permanent divorce situation or do you feel it can be resolved between you?
citizens advice can offer advice free regardingg your rights and his responsibility towards your child's welfare financially.
if he's left you all the bills, utilities mortgage etc to pay then you'll need some advice on these practical matters.someone on here undoubtedly will have advice to offer so keep posting.take care
