If he wants the money that desperately he'll get an account ,its pretty easy to get a proof of address...you always get welcome packs from your gas or electric supplier...ect... if he has recently moved.
as said above , its his problem not yours and I think you have had some pretty good advice (above ) put your way.

As said by others that is his problem, if you give hime a cheque, there are cheque cashing services available on the high street at cost to him. Surely he could open a basic bank account at the post office, he just needs ID (surely he has passport or driving licence) and proof of address, usually lots of options for this if he asks. Or is there a reason he doesn't want an account - debts or bankrupcy he hasn't told you about?
