I am new to this forum.

Been divorced for 3 years this Xmas! Son and a daughter in their 20s.

Here to listen, learn and offer what support I can from my own experiences in the hope someone else may find that useful!

It can be tough at times and the only people who truly know what you're going through are those who've experienced it themselves. There again, everyone's experience is different....
