Hello here is my second post.

Ok i have been married for 26 years.

And to cut a long story short we are no longer in love more in hate and not getting any younger.

I have four children three over twenty years of age and flown the nest & one the age of fourteen at home with us.

If i am down stairs she will be up and vice versa we have our own bedrooms we have not slept together for approx 3 to 4 years / not had sex for about 3 month approx now sex will not happen again its that bad she wants me out and i would be but finances wont allow me to get out i feel trapped with no hope if i do get out i give up some of my rights i think in relation to my home and perhaps elsewhere.

She has turned into satan ? she attacks me kicks the door in is very uncivil plain evil to be honest. She has now gone doctors and takes antidepresents for about a week now
I dont want to get into slagging so enough of that

I am self employed but have not worked since september 2008 due to the state of the country and recession i have tried my best not to claim benefits but think now i am going to have to. we are in debt with credit cards and other things we still owe a very small amount of mortgage on our home if i had the money to do it i would walk away and she could have the lot but i dont have so back to reality.

Thank you hope this gives you a very small insight to how things are. Regards

Just as a general observation, if you are entitled to benefits, do not delay claiming them. They almost certainly cannot be backdated.

That in turn may assist you in negotiating some arrangement with your creditors and try to persuade them to freeze interest for a time
