I left my long term partner 2 yrs ago due to domestic violence/abuse. We have shared custody of our 2 youngest children, my eldest is in uni.

We have a house in joint name, he has agreed to buy ne out. We have settled a price but he is provaricating and will not sign the papers!!! Hence, not releasing the equity of the house! Im in rented accommadation and paying an arm and a leg on rent! Is there anything I can do? This also applies to joint endowment polices. My solicitor is next to useless but I cant afford to pay her off until I get the money.... What can I do??? If anything!
