Hi Melon ,
I too was in your situation..i filed for divorce on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour & irretrevable breakdown of my marriage..i had no proof of his affairs u see.
Try to get a free half hour with a solicitor and write down any questions u may have before you go, they will all go right out of your head otherwise!
Solicitors are just people after all, so don't be scared of seeing one ok?
He or she will be able to guide you through the process and you will be given time to think things through after your meeting, to make sure it is the step you want to take.
The solicitor will not rush you into making a decision right then and there.
Hope this has helped.
