Here I am 8 years later, still at odds with the ex over child maintenance. In 2001 we separated with the DN a year later, out of guilt for my wrongdoings I signed up to a court agreement that in hindsight I should never have done. All it did was leave me in debt and making attempts through variations to get it reduced, obviosuly this lowered my ex's opinion of me even further.

Now I've been told by the courts that I can now ask the CSA to take my case, what I have heard about them fills me with trepidation although I know that their assessments are fairer (or so I believe)

I hope to contribute to this forum with my own court and divorce experience.

Welcome to the Forum.

I am only recently (6 months) separated so not able to comment on your situation but I hope others can offer advice.
