Hi twist. Welcome to wiki. Sorry you find yourself here.
Stick with us & you will get all the advice and support you need.
It is a bit quiet cos a lot of peeps are in a chatroom quiz.
I was late so I got locked out ! Not on purpose it just gets busy.
Have a look at the forums and ask anything you want.
You can blog if you want & pop into chat when you feel ready.
Chat is usually more light hearted to let off steam, but if you want to ask something serious DO & someone will pick up on it.
There is also a serious legal surgery in 1 of the chatrooms mon to fri 6-8pm. Others will talk to you soon im sure.

Just wanted to say welcome, I'm at the beginning of the road myself, but have found great support here, & more than a few laughs too - which is hugely therapeutic!

take care
