I only found this site a couple of days ago and wish I found it at the beginning. Have a good look around and you will find that how you are feeling is normal for the situation. You have to be as strong as you can be for you and for your children.

you need to concider your health, you also need to get to CAB.
Its a bad road to go down, try counselling etc with him, and explore all avenues to reconcile and work out the problem, if that fails, think of yourself and the kids and get some advice, this place is excellent for support and advice, but you have to make your own decisions, based on what you learn.
If you are not working, after you have been to citizens advice, apply for legal aid and find a solicitor, but you can get free sessions with most.
