Good Morning

My name is Dan i am british and several years ago i got married in Las Vagas USA while on holiday, after a couple of years things fizzled out and we moved out from each other. This was over two years now and i want to sort things out now as i have "moved on". PLEASE does any one know if i can get a divorce in britain or do i need to get a specalist solicitor who deals with usa divorce to sort things out?? please please please help me !!!!!!

Hi

You can divorce here, and if she is here it is just an everyday divorce. If she is the US there are different service rules.

Either way you will need the marriage certicate or a certified copy so that is the first thing to get to work on.
