Hi Melissa
I've just joined the site as well. I'm only in the 'just found out about the affair' phase and its very early days, but this was after 19 years of marriage. The support through these pages has been outstanding, all in only a couple of days. I'm sure you will find similar support, take care.

Hi Christine I am new to this site, already divorced after 14 years of marriage, I have two children but they are both still at primary school. Its really tough as he's in another country and I am left to cope financially and in every other way with the kids, I looked in the mirror just now when they were going to bed and although I too am going to be 50 soon, think at the moment I look about 60, as its knackering, but I feel the same about my ex, I know not all men are the same but mine was always moaning and groaning about everyone and everything, seemed to enjoy other people's misfortunes and resent others successes. That's one good thing to look forward too no-one whinging in your ear, oh yeah and ranting at the tv particularly when the news was on, bizarre, anyway good luck to you and to you Melissa, you will come out the other side, it's a horrible process but necesary sometimes.
