Hi there everyone,I have question my wife left me on Nov 15 2008, and 3 weeks later has anew man in her life! o well lifes abitch then u die as they say,In 2004 we purchased an ivestment property off her parents at the full asking price,theres aprox 95k equity in the property,but for tax reasons the mortgage was just in her name and has allways been because of this we cancalled my works pension as we both said the property is our pension, she sez because the property is part of here inheritence I wont get much out of it occording to her solicoter,I think because we purchased it when we were a married couple and still are, Im intightled to half,also I wouldnt like to ad up the hours Ive spent working on the 6 flats and having afull time job as well.Any coments would be a big help many thanks cheers mel x
