Hi I am new, separated from my ex after 7 mths of marriage, with police, courts involved after that, he stopped his harrassement, i was just grateful for peace and quiet and to be left alone, stupidly unable to contact him i gave up on divorce and now 10 years later he returns, wanting maintenance and my pension etc, so any one there with half an brain do it quick and dont be like me ie stuffing myself with cream cakes and swearing alot. LEARN FROM ME- ACT QUICK.

You were sensible in that you managed to get away from him in the first place.

You don't say alot of your story but imagine it is complicated. You will not be judged on here.

If you read through my blog (if I did myself!) you might think I am stupid in that I still have contact by letter with my ex. I suppose I would have to agree....but no one has written that.

You can tell more of your story in subtle ways when you reply to other threads on the forums. Just do it at your own pace and wishing you all the best.
