Hi All

Newbie here.......

I left my ex-partner 7 months ago, i had been with him 23yrs, in the time spent with him we had 3 kids, and gained 3 properties. All in joint names (thank god). I guess the relationship was on a downward slope after my mother died 13 yrs ago. She was indeed a big part of my life, he had affair after affair, i forgave him and forgave him. He said he would change, i believed him.

Then he found how great the Internet was, and there was no hope then.

We are still trying to come to an agreement in regards to the properties, but he is playing silly beggers (would use much stronger language here  )

Due to this i am considering court proceedings, as i am now tired of playing tennis with sol letters. Trouble is i don't know what to expect.............:( Any tips from anyone?

hi

The value of the property im in, the value of the property he is in, (both in joint names) he had his valued, and then i had mine valued, and because my valuation was twenty grand less than his (which he didn't expect), he has had his revalued and now his property and mine are worth the same, BUT i can assure you that it is not!!

So you are going to court simply to challenge expert evidence of valuation??

erm......i suppose it looks like that......... but he is saying that the property he is in has dropped 30 grand in one month, First val was 110,000 second val came in 80,000 i suppose im just tired of it all and think that we will never come to an agreement.
