hi all,
my lawyer told me the other day to try to get hold of a key to my house, as seemingly i have a right to hold a key?
so yesterday when i went to collect my son, my wife had left the door wide open, so i put my hand round the door and removed the key before ringing the bell, when she came she noticed the key missing i told her i have a right to hold a key to my own house, and that i have tryed being reasonable with her, i have asked her on numerous ocasiones to let me have my personal things and she wont allow me, again saying i have no personal things as she has sold anything that was mine:( her mother then became involved shouting that it was her key, i informed her no it is not her key, she has nothing to do with my house, she then started threatening to make trouble for me, and said she would get me arrested, me and my son then left only for 10 min later the police to phone, asking if i had the key, i explained to them what my lawyer says, they said that is fine but she is saying i have left them without a key, so make a copy and give her the other 1 which i did, when i returned again she started shouting that all i had to do was ask and she would have given me a key, which is rubbish i have told her god knows how many times that all i want is to have my things from the house i need for my work and she is never reasonable, i think she was realy anoyed that the police would not do anything, but it is a small town and everyone knows what she has been doing even the police.
on a good note it was carnival yesterday, so had a great time there with my son, will post a couple of pics on here.
