Hello, I need some advice,I am in the middle of divorce, been together since 17,married 1990.
I am 43(worried), stbx 43(abuser), daughter 18(alienated), son 14(terminal illness and influenced against me.
I temporarily left due to domestic violence, tried to go home stbx kept me bullied out( he was having affair with my daughters friends mother), I have had allegations of assault etc. All unproven, he managed to get occ order on me for 9 months, while the circuit judge investigated, involving guardian and pyschiatrist, the reports are back. No evidence of me abusing kid's or anything. But it says his anger is palpable, his attitude, his influence on kids.
He wont let me see my son, constantly breaching court orders for contact, but has managed to turn my son against me so that my son will not have any contact with me now
Psychiatrist says, at sons age he doubt's if professional's could enforce contact, but his father could if he wanted to (but wont).
Problem is I am due to return, they don't want me to, the stbx is telling judge if he let's me home they will have to move out, hard when son is so disabled.
In court next week, stbx asking for occ order to be extended, using kids to keep the MH ?????? help please x
