Sending you a big hug hun. Sorry about what has happened. You really have come to the right place. We laugh and cry together here. It is a very difficult situation to find yourself in; an emotional rollercoaster. We are here to support one another. Do look after yourself.

Hi all
I did not introduce myself very well my head is a shed at mo.
My name is phil 43 years old living in stirling scotland, i was not born here i am originally from sunderland moved up here for work. as you may tell from my user name i like bikes have not had much chance to ride latly as the weather not good.i am fairly new to the computer world, more so now with the wife leaving i tend to search for any help in trying to understand what is going on, it seems so impossible to move forward at present. all i can do is think where she is now and who with, she has said there is no one else she just wants different things but she also says she no longer loves me. its been 1 week since she left and the pain is still the same, i have read that i should not try to contact her as this will help me heal
:(

Phil

Welcome to Wiki. I only found this site a few weeks back. Wish I had found it at the beginning. I am now 8 months down the line. The site is an invalueable fountain of knowledge. More importantly we have all been where you are and some are still there so we understand your pain.

Log on anytime there is always someone here, or even if you just blog it will help to get your feelings out there.

Take care and dont forget to eat!

Marsa
