I made a few calls & done a bit of research today & have got her to make a "Contract of Seperation" or agree to have one drawn up before i sign anything!NICE ONE !
i should think there will be a few heated debates,but i think a end to this is in sight!

That is good news, at least you are more comfortable that things are being dealt with properly. It is an easy thing, transferring property, as long as all the paperwork is secure and you know that she has the money to complete the transaction.
