if you owned the home in spain? no matter whose name it is in you are entitled to your share of the house, the best way to beat a bully is to stand up to him!
i also have a rental management business, so i know what you mean about it being hard to prove income as so many people want to do things for cash, but it is not fair if you dont get your share.
