I have removed your email address from the post, as it is not smart to post it on a public forum.

I dont have anything more to say than I said in chat - you need o tell your sols you are not having a clerk deal with this case, demand someone senior, and go and get your injunction and get some funds released to you, and all that needs to happen this week. Any resepctable sol can get you to court for an injunction on the same day. You should not be living like this.

If you have no joy, come back to me.
