Sorry to hear your story. I echo what others have said. There is alot of support on this site so hang around.

The roller coaster of emotions is the hardest bit but it does get better even if right now you cannot believe it.

Take care and be kind to yourself. In time you will realise that this journey is more one of self discovery and you will be amazed of what you find out.

Wanted to hello and thank you for your message , having good and bad days at the moment feel better if im busy its worse when im off work got to much time on my hands start to think more about it,cart believe this would ever happen.
I think its worse knowing that he left me for the reasons he did just didn't see it coming .
