Hi, just a quick intro.

Made the decision to go for a divorce (will be my 2nd!). So feeling positive about my future in many ways.

Looking ahead, my biggest concern is if he refuses to go. What do people do in this situation? He came to the MH with 3 black bin liners full of mostly rubbish 4 years ago. We married 3 years ago. The house was purchased with a mortgage that is in his sole name which was made possible by me "gifting" him the proceeds of the sale of my previous home. The only reason for this was that I couldn't get a mortgage (even in our joint names) because of bad credit history bought about from my first divorce!

All the contents are mine, including my two children (who hate his guts).

I'm getting legal advice this week and talking to a mortgage broker to see if I can get a mortgage in my name (initial talks look good).

Anyone in a similar situation who might share with me?
Thanks for reading.
