Apart from the obvious ones about infidelity, what broken promises has you ex/stbx made to you in the last few years that you want to share with us?

Mine said his private pension was for Our future, reality is he wants to keep it all to himself. And he did actually promise to buy me a lamborghini but didn't actually hold him to that (am I stupid or what?).

I was with my ex from age 17 when we both took driving lessons I passed and he gave up and rode a bike. Over the next 24 years or so he promised to take his test, I drove myself to hospital during my miscarriage and home from hospital after having a c-section when our 1st child was born. Anyway when he left to start his new life with his new love he told the children and his family that he would take his test as part of his new beginnings which hurt but needless to say almost 3 years on he still hasn't taken the test.
When he removed the bulk of our joint savings he promised to ensure that he always paid maintenance so that children didn't suffer financially and then over time he missed payments usually at Christmas but the CSA have kindly remedied this issue for me.
Nowadays I expect nothing from him and I'm never disappointed.
