Unemployed Aug 2009-Dec 2010.Legal Aid refused as Legal Aid office lost paperwork!
Re-submitted Nov 2010.Just heard that it has been refused again as they need evidence of benefits!
Have just started a 2 term maternity cover.(Jan 4th 2011).
Does this disqualify me from legal aid help?
Also WHY is my exH getting legal aid when he has been in employment as a teacher since feb 2010 and his new partner works as well?
I am a single parent raising our 9 yr old daughter. What the hell is going on!!!
Feel like giving up on everything!!!:S
