That is a really difficult question for any of us to even try to answer without knowing your situation. It seems you may also live outside the legal system of the UK, so we may not be able to help with the legal stuff.

It''s clear that you are very unhappy, and I think many members have felt like just walking away at times, but that is not the wisest thing to do when there is family to think about.

I can only advise you to think very carefully before making decisions you may later regret.
