Hi,
I had an RAC renewal through this week and it was around 30% higher than last year....no call outs in the year or anything that I''d expect to push up the price...
So I rang them and said I wanted to discuss the renewal as it was ''a lot higher than last year'', without any pushing the rep offered to match last year''s price....

Also if you have a Merlin Annual Pass you can get a discount on RAC membership too...

i had a membership with another well known motor recovery/repair organisation for 20 years the membership cost came through and it was a small fortune.
I went online and found out tht if i rejoined as a new member it was a lot cheaper so that is what i did...........bit ridiculous that a mew member gets the same thing so much cheaper ...........so much for loyalty
