Can any one tell me if I can apply for a Subjecvtb access Request or FOI request from NYAS ?

Do you mean North Yorkshire Ambulance Service?

They no longer exist but you can make a FOI request to any public body. Not sure why it would be of any use in a divorce though.

If you mean National Youth Advisory Service they are a charity so are not subject to FOI act
