Hello

I am looking for someone to help me with process of getting Child Custody Letter/Order from Court.

Background: I have been divorced from father of my son. He has no involvement in our son''s life, he has not seen his son for 3 years now and does not pay child maintenance. father applied for contact last year but CAFCASS refused after interview with Child, as he was unwilling to accept back dad after witnessing serious domestic violence before we split.Child is 13 years

I am now in need for custody letter for visa purposes , my ex is happy to help by jointly applying for this in court that I am primary carer of child and should have decision for all travel purposes. He is happy to support in process to get this done in a way that I face no more trouble in future for asking hi for permission on travel .

I do not know what process to follow, what form to fill , i am looking for cost effective way of doing this too. does someone know about the process and forms related to both parents willingly trying to get custody letter done in favor of one parent making all decisions?

thanks
