Good Move - we're both in the same boat pink - I've decided I've got nothing to lose by making my complaint.
If they say you're out of time - [there's some rule about a complaint being made within 6 months of first being aware of a problem] - well you tried to find out and believed they were investigating/all had gone ahead as planned?Surely they would have informed you then if any further action was required?
Given the passage of time you're now aware there must be a problem with the issuing of the pension sharing order .....
