I was the petitioner and a litigant in person, As we all know pensions are a minefield but I was advised to ask the pension advisory service to explain to me what can happen when both parties have pension ect. And I just want to let everyone know who finds themselves in my position that this service is great and the man that I spoke to made it very easy for me to understand how to move forward with relation to pension sharing, pension equalization ect anyone that needs their help should contact them they don't take sides or tell you to do this or that they just make the whole situation easy to understand so that the individual can make a realistic review of their pension situation very good people.
