Hi brief detail of case

worked for my job for 15 years, still waiting for my CEV valuation but my value of my pension is £44000, my ex hasn't got a pension she claims I told her not to (which is obviously not true), she's claiming mental health due to me abusing her that she can no longer work (obviously not true) married for 29 years now but divorce got petitioned in 2012, my question is what exactly is shareable and fair ?

we have three children in their 20's, left home etc.

I have my new partner and have 2 children aged under 1 year and 5 year
