Hi All,

I gratefully received the Decree Nisi in post a couple of days ago and am looking at the Form A and Form D81 now while solicitor is drafting the Consent Order.

I am puzzled by the question 7f. which asks for "Pensions including Additional State Pension"?

My ex-wife and I both have employer pensions and we can find the CETV easily online. However, what is and how do I find the Additional State Pension CETV?

I have had a look online on this site and still not sure.

Thanks for any assistance in advance, appreciated as always.

Since the pension changes in April 2016 the pension sharing options for additional state pension have been restricted.

However any 'protected' amounts calculated as at April 2016 can be shared.

This form is the one you need, fill it out and send it off and you will get a valuation. In my experience it took quite a while to come through.
