Hi
This is my first post and any advice at all would be a huge help.I am embarking on divorce, i have worked P/T and been a carer for majority of 11yr mrrg 18 yr tgth. WIFE CETV 224k mine 11k, equity fhm 120k. i am in fhm and want to remain so would like to offset but can find no info that is relevent as her pension is ill health and in payment, currently £9500 pa. me 44 her 47 my net income £1400 mth her £2250 mth.one child at home 11yo 3.5 days each. Although pensioned off she s/employed with successful buisness. It is proving difficult to find out how her pension would be valued and i need to offset as on my income it would be impossible to find suitable affordable accom. Hopeful thanks in advance, anything that will stop my head spinning will be of help.
