Hi, a long time since I have been on here. But, I have become aware that despite sharing of ex's NHS pension being part of the divorce it does not appear that it has been done. The divorce was six(?) years ago now and her solicitor held funds to set it up. He appears to have retired and the practice are now saying more money is required for the pension share to be set-up.
My question is should they have held onto this money all this time and who should pay the extra cost?
Many Thanks

Not quite in the same vein but my daughter was being sued regarding a property deal (she won) . Half way through the solicitor dealing with it left. They tried charging for the new solicitor coming up to speed . Tough . She told them to stuff it and then fought the case herself.
