I am preparing to self-litigate as a Respondent in an impending court hearing. The only asset to be agreed upon is the share of my pension. eForm submitted. FDR to be confirmed
The circumstances of our relationship were:
Cohabiting 1987
Married 1989
Separated 2008
Divorce 2018
Is the calculation period –
Cohabiting through to divorce, Cohabiting through to separation. Marriage to separation or marriage to divorce?:unsure:

Generally speaking cohabitation through to separation. However, a lot will rest upon the needs of the parties.

Charles. Thank you for replying to my post. I understand that it is not a 'exact science' in respect of process and outcome is dependant upon many influencing factors and the decision of a Judge. Your answer gives me something to work upon in terms of my own calculations
