Hi there

For very long and painful reasons the pension sharing order agreed in the Consent Order back in 2011 was never enacted. I want to get the order implemented (100% to me) but the pension company says I can't do it because I live in NZ. My ex moved off to Oz and his view is I should have done this when I was still living in the UK. He left UK before the divorce and I never told him I was leaving until after I did.

I self represented so didn't know I had to do anything. :(

does anyone know what I can do?
