I simply can't find the answer to this one anywhere so turning (back) to you folks for some help...

So, the divorce is all completed, I signed over the (small) pension pot to my Ex last September however it would appear that she simply hasn't claimed it, it's still in my name and she has failed to issue instructions of where to move it to.

Unbelievably the value has gone up 10% in the last 12 months, so with the pension sharing order was if for;

A complete 100% transfer of the pension

OR

A transfer of the CETV based at the time?

Just nosy, like I said the values are small and if anything I just want to stop receiving letters about my ex-pension.

cheers

From what I've read (and being in a similar situation where my ex seems to be stalling in claiming her share of one of my pensions) it will be the value when the share is actioned. I'm not aware there is anything that can be done to move things along.
