Hi,
I am managing my divorce myself along with my wife as it's a mutual split. We've obtained the Decree Nisi and now we are completing the Clean Break , Consent Order together. We've agreed on everything and we don't want a pension sharing arrangement. The value of the pensions have been taken into account on the statement of information and duly noted in the consent order to that effect. Do we still need to complete a Pension Sharing Annex P1 form, as I've been advised that we would need to complete it to show that we aren't sharing , which I find odd as I can't see how it can be filled in to reflect that.
