I had a pension sharing order from my divorce late last year. The order has been rejected by the pension company as there needed to be two of them, one for each scheme that my ex-spouse has. My barrister made a mistake with this as they hadn't read the CETV details.

The barrister asked me to fill out two sharing orders and send them to my ex-spouse for agreement. They have not been agreed to, so I need to bring this matter back to court urgently.

Please can I have advise on the court form(s) required and the fee for submission?

I think it is a D11. You would need to double check the fee with the court as it varies depending on the application.
