My stbx of 32 years has given a CETV for his full service of £381,245.23 accrued between 1973-2002 does anybody with experience with police pension and the value stated by Keir think that sounds about right? Or should I get an independant valuation from an accuracy ?

Presumably it's been in payment for years and the lump sum has been paid out?

Yes, he retired 19 years ago and there was a lump sum paid of 75,000.00. I don't want his pension but he has already taken 20,000.00 out of my ISA without my knowledge and on his statement he mussed off his 40,000.00 ISA so I am questioning his declared assets
