Hi Help Im trying to fill out D81 and question 7 asks for Additional State Pension Is this SERPS ? If not what is the Additional State Pension or where do I find the amount paid if any ?

I contracted out of Serps and the Serp money was paid directly by government into a Prudential pension.I take it this pot of money will have to be disclosed as a CEV on the form ?

Obviously I will receive a reduced monthly state pension than the ex who stayed contracted in.
Is it correct that state pensions are not subject to pension sharing orders ?

If the judge rules a pension share on my Serp Prudential pension it seems a bit unfair that I cannot get a share of the extra she has paid into her state pension... Or Can I ?
Any help appreciated Thanks
