Hi,
I have exchanged form E's several months ago...had FDA in June.
FDR is due in Nov.

The Respondent has only provided Annual Statements for his 4 different pensions (they add up to a relatively large amount - and he used to put a lot of his salary into them when we were married/since we split).

I have asked for up-to-date CETV's - but OI am aware that he will probably not provide them to me.

Is there an easy (cheap) way I can get his pensioned valued properly? I would prefer to have a pension sharing order as I have less than £10,000 in my own pension, and I am middle-aged.

Actuary reports - as they worth it?

(I am acting without a solicitor (as I can't afford one) - but will try and get a barrister for the FDR).

Many thanks!

what did the Court direct him to provide or what did you ask him to through the Court? Having a similar issue though for me its not so much about the value of the asset and more about his dishonesty and disregard for the courts authority. Good luck

My solicitor didn't mention it before the FDA.
My barrister didn't discuss it with me before the FDA, and it was never mentioned.

Its only after I have got rid of my solicitor and trying to get to grips with the process that I have realised the information was missing from the Form E (I blindly relied on my solicitor....plus there were a million other deceits to bring up).

Is there anything I can do now to get the proper information in time for the FDR?

Sadly I am not an expert. I believe you should not be going for FDR if you do not have complete information. However you probably never will have it all. Its a question that you will have to convince the court about ie delay. As an unrepresented individual you might stand a chance of this. That still leaves the question of how you get the info you want. I am afraid I am in the same boat. However, having agreed a private FDR, I am quite happy to delay until questions are answered. And I was lucky enough to get a judge at FH to sanction them. There will be someone on this site who will give you a better answer. Stay positive.

Thanks, I am still going for the FDR, I will ask the judge to order CTEVs or us to pay for a proper valuation at the FDR if I don't receive the info by then
