I was divorced 19 years ago and my ex has suddenly decided that she wants to make a claim to my pension. I can’t remember if at the time of the divorce a Consent Order was made. Can I find out if one had been made and if so how do I get a copy of it?

If you still have the reference number for the divorce, you could try contacting the court where the divorce was done to see if they have anything on record.

Did you have any assets that were divided when you split up?

Any claim to your pension would depend on how long you were married and how much pension was accrued during this time.
