Hi
Today i received an email from ex's solicitors stating -if I do not respond by 4pm tomorrow re me choosing who to employee to do an actuary report -they will go ahead and get it done on the basis that i will be responsible for 50% of the fees -being deducted from the pension funds due to me.

Firstly when i asked a solicitor advise - they told me to decline his solicitors chosen actuary report as she wanted 4 scenorios reports at double the normal report fees

I have submitted all papers to court as this has been draging on for over 2 years and has greatlt affected my health and well being

Do i just tell them i have submitted to court and my reasons why? Still in the hope that he will consider my proposal of just under 50% pension share?
I have had 2 letters from my court application -so i just assumed he had been sent same info -so was made aware of court application
Thanks for reading

Has the report been ordered by the court?
If yes, did the order specify the scope of the report?
I seem to recall you were considering asking for directions from the judge. If you have done this, you should have let them know.
The letter of instruction really should be agreed between you.
NB You need to be aware of any deadlines. If the report is not likely to be ready for the next hearing, an adjournment may be necessary.
