Dear Sir/Madam,

I had the final hearing in July, then I received final order with a term of how a pension share order carried out? Then according to order, an expert report has carried out. Now I would like to transfer my ex's pension into my one, however my pension provider ask the 4 following documents:

1. the final pension sharing Order & Annex as granted by the court (court stamped & dated)

2. the Decree Absolute (court stamped & dated)

3. the Consent Order (court stamped & dated)

4. the Pension Credit Destination Instruction

I have 1,
and I am applying 2.
I wonder whether the expert report can be used as the pension credit destination instruction

But what is the consent order and how I could get that please?

Many thanks, Effie

I am confused, with your first paragraph, can I clarify... are you saying an expert report on the pension was ordered and obtained after your final hearing in July?

You don't have a consent order, if at the final hearing, the judge made a decision how all the assets are to be divided. You will, however, have a final court order, setting out all the terms of settlement and this will be a court sealed document and will need to be sent. (If at any time before a court makes a final decision, the parties agree terms, then this is a consent order. So if you went to final hearing, and agreed terms without the judge having to decide, then you will have a consent order)...yes it does happen people often agree terms even at the final hearing!
