Hello,
I'm posting for a friend.

Her husband has worked for the NHS from 2013 - present, he is in both the 2008 and 2015 scheme.

He has failed to obtain the CETV from the NHS and has just provided an annual summary.

Is there any way my friend can get an idea of the Cetv from the summary?
At the next hearing the judge could adjourn in order for him to prove the Cetv and bank statements etc however my friend hasn't got the extra £1000 or so to pay her solicitor for a later hearing, especially when the pension may not even be worth sharing.

His basic salary has been between £16-£19k (band 2) however he has guarebteed overtime so usually he earns £28-30k

Hoping you can help.

How long has he had to get the CETV?
I am also in the NHS pension scheme (but band 6)
Getting a CETV from NHS pensions was probably the most challenging part of the financial declaration. Allow at least 6 months from when he asks for it as it really takes that long particularly since it appears that the NHS payroll at least at my trust and the NHS pensions people have yet to enter the 21st century and everything had to be on paper.
Good luck!

Thanks for the reply.

He was meant to apply for the Cetv summer 2018.... it would appear he's applied the 3rd week of January 2020.

he's now admitted to stalling things. Despite a Cetv not being present the judge has agreed to a pension share order with Clean Break.

He's 'got away' without completing the form E fully, not provided a single bank statement etc... but it's heavily suspected he's in debt so both parties have agreed to how it is to get the matter settled asap.
