Hello,

We have final hearing dates in Aug 2022.My stbx UNICEF pension refuses to provide the pension information directly to the appointed pension actuarist (EPS) following court directions issued after an unsuccessful FDR. My stbx insists that he will source the information and submit to the pension actuarist. I do not trust the information he will provide as he can easily concoct figures especially coming from Kenya. We are both dual citizens .I am LIP, he is represented. Can I write directly to my stbx pension provider and inform the of the court order issued after FDR outlining that we need to instruct a pension actuarist jointly? I have already authorised the EPS to source information regarding my pension from my pension provider. This is so frustrating. Many thanks.

Kind Regards,
Phylis
