Hi Everyone

Well my other half really showed his true colours earlier on today. I had asked him to reply to a letter regarding selling our house, money and the children. Since he left two months ago these issues remain unresolved. He just wants out and to leave me with the mess so I wrote to him to try and finally resolve some of this and asked him to reply by Friday just gone. He didn''t so when I saw him today I asked if he was going to reply. To cut a long story short he accused me of being controlling and he lost his temper. He didn`t hit me but he was really mad and scary. I asked him to leave which he did eventually but not before telling me it was his house and he would call the police.

Really nasty, not sure what I have done to deserve this. He has gone and I am left with the house which is falling down around my ears. He still hasn`t given me any money towards the children s care and he seems to think its all my fault - he had an affair not me! There is no reasoning with him and he will never see reason.

I am going to seek legal advice from a solicitor. Has anyone sought legal aid? Have been on the website to see if I am eligible and found it confusing.

This is such a horrible journey. Just when I think I might be finding my way through this a bit something else horrible happens.
